转铁蛋白受体评价我国育龄期妇女缺铁性贫血的阈值探讨

   摘要: 目的 比较中国居民育龄期妇女缺铁性贫血人群与铁营养状况正常人群血浆可溶性转铁蛋白受体(sTfR)水平,并确定sTfR在评价缺铁性贫血时的适宜临界值。方法 从2002年中国居民营养与健康状况调查采集的静脉血液样本中随机抽取251名铁营养状况正常的育龄期妇女作为正常对照组,224名缺铁性贫血的育龄期妇女作为病例组,比较两组人群sTfR水平,采用ROC曲线法探讨其评估缺铁性贫血的最佳临界值。 结果 缺铁性贫血组与正常对照组血浆sTfR浓度分别为(42.67±20.29)nmol/L和(21.08±6.70)nmol/L,缺铁性贫血组sTfR水平显著高于正常对照组(P<0.01)。采用ROC曲线法确定sTfR判断缺铁性贫血的最佳临界点为25 nmol/L,对应的敏感度为87.48%,特异度为80.50%。结论 中国育龄期妇女缺铁性贫血人群血浆sTfR水平高于铁营养状况正常人群。

Study on the critical value of  soluble transferring receptor assessing iron deficiency anemia in Chinese child-bearing women

  Abstract : Objective To compare soluble transferring receptor (sTfR) between iron deficiency anemia and normal iron status in Chinese child-bearing women and study the critical value of sTfR using to assess iron deficiency anemia. Method251 normal iron status child-bearing women and 224 iron deficiency anemia women were drawn from National Nutrition and Health Survey2002 as control group and case group respectively. To comprise the sTfR concentration between two groups and ascertain the sTfR critical value to assess iron deficiency anemia by ROC curve.  ResultsThe concentrations of sTfR were 42.67±20.29nmol/L,(21.08±6.70nmol/L in case group and control group respectively and the former was higher

than the latter significantly (P<0.01). The optimal critical value of sTfR to assess iron deficiency

anemia was 25nmol/L, corresponding sensitivity and specificity were 87.48%, 80.50% respectively. ConclusionThe sTfR concentration was higher in iron deficiency anemia group than in normal iron status group. The critical value of sTfR diagnosing iron deficiency anemia was sTfR>25nmol/L.

一株从酸奶中分离的德氏乳杆菌保加利亚亚种的鉴定和系统发育分析

   摘要:目的 对一株分离自酸奶经表型特征鉴定为德氏乳杆菌保加利亚亚种的菌株wch9901)进行16S rDNA鉴定和系统发育分析,为其进一步应用和研究奠定基础。  提取wch9901基因组DNA作为模板,以16S rDNA两端的保守序列作为PCR引物,扩增菌株的16S rDNA序列。在T4连接酶的作用下,将扩增得到的16S rDNA序列插入克隆载体pGEM-T,构建重组质粒pGEM-wch9901 16S rDNA。重组质粒酶切鉴定合格后,交由测序公司对插入的16S rDNA序列进行测序。测序结果于GenBankBlastn,并用软件Mega3.1以距离依靠法中的邻位相连法构建系统发育树。结果  wch9901 16S rDNA 序列与Lactobacillus delbrueckii subsp. bulgaricus 中所有菌株的16S rDNA 序列同源性均达96%以上;在系统发育树上wch9901单独形成一个分枝,位于Lactobacillus delbrueckii subsp. bulgaricus LGM2遗传分枝和Lactobacillus delbrueckii subsp. bulgaricus DL2所在的独立小遗传簇及Lactobacillus delbrueckii subsp. bulgaricus JSQ所在的独立小遗传簇构成的分枝之间,并与Lactobacillus delbrueckii subsp. bulgaricus LGM2遗传分枝距离最近。结论  wch9901属于Lactobacillus delbrueckii subsp. bulgaricuswch9901 Lactobacillus delbrueckii subsp. bulgaricus LGM2具有最近的亲缘关系。

Identification and phylogenetic analysis of one strain of Lactobacillus delbrueckii subsp. bulgaricus separated from yoghourt

   Abstract: Objective   For being further applied and studied, one strain of Lactobacillus delbrueckii subsp. bulgaricus wch9901separated from yoghourt which had been identified by phenotype characteristic analysis was identified by 16S rDNA and phylogenetic analyzed. Methods   The 16S rDNA of wch9901 was amplified with the genomic DNA of wch9901 as template, and the conservative sequences of the 16S rDNA as primers. Inserted 16S rDNA amplified into clonal vector pGEM-T under the function of T4 DNA ligase to construct recombined plasmid pGEM-wch9901 16S rDNA. The recombined plasmid was identified by restriction enzyme digestion, and the eligible plasmid was presented to sequencing company for DNA sequencing. Nucleic acid sequence was blastn in GenBank and phylogenetic tree was constructed using neighbor-joining method of distance methods by Mega3.1 soft. Results   Results of blastn showed that the homology of 16S rDNA of wch9901 with the 16S rDNA of Lactobacillus delbrueckii subsp. bulgaricus strains was higher than 96%. On the phylogenetic tree, wch9901 formed a separate branch and located between Lactobacillus delbrueckii subsp. bulgaricus LGM2 evolution branch and another evolution branch which was composed of Lactobacillus delbrueckii subsp. bulgaricus DL2 evolution cluster and Lactobacillus delbrueckii subsp. bulgaricus JSQ evolution cluster. The distance between wch9901 evolution branch and Lactobacillus delbrueckii subsp. bulgaricus LGM2 evolution branch was the closest. Conclusion   Wch9901 belonged to Lactobacillus delbrueckii subsp. Bulgaricus; wch9901 showed the closest evolution relationship to Lactobacillus delbrueckii subsp. bulgaricus LGM2.

林州市食管癌高发区人群维生素营养状况的动态变化研究

摘要: 目的 了解林州市食管癌高发区人群维生素营养状况的动态变化。方法 采用生态学对比研究的方法,在林州市选择曾经进行过营养调查的8个乡,每乡2村,每村随机抽取30户居民为研究对象,采集血样和4h负荷尿,测定血清维生素A,血浆总抗坏血酸,红细胞谷胱甘肽还原酶活性系数分别采用三氟乙酸比色法,2,4二硝基苯肼法和Sauberlich法,尿中核黄素,还原型抗坏血酸,总抗坏血酸排出量分别采用荧光法,2,6二氯酚靛酚滴定法和2,4二硝基苯肼法,测定结果与1982年,1983年或1984年的调查结果进行比较分析,采用采用t检验或c2检验。结果 任村、东姚和河涧三个乡的居民血清维生素A显著高于1982年的结果(P <0.01);姚村、任村和河顺三个乡的居民4h负荷尿核黄素排出量显著高于1983年或1984年的结果(P <0.01);以4h负荷尿核黄素排出量和红细胞谷胱甘肽还原酶活性系数评价核黄素营养状况发现东姚、河涧、姚村、任村四个乡的居民核黄素缺乏的人数显著低于1982年或1983年的结果(P<0.01);以血浆总抗坏血酸水平及4h负荷尿中抗坏血酸排出量平均值评价维生素C营养状况发现东姚、河涧、姚村、任村和河顺五个乡的居民总抗坏血酸缺乏的人数显著低于1982年或1983年的结果(P<0.01)。结论 食管癌高发区林州市居民维生素A,B2,C的营养状况有了明显的改善。

study on changes of vitamin nutrition status of population in a high-risk area of esophageal cancer

Abstract: Objective To know the changes of vitamin nutritional status of residents in a high-risk area of esophageal cancer. Methods 8 towns where nutrition survey had been done were selected, 2 villages were randomly selected from each town and 30 families were randomly selected per village. The blood and 4h burden urine samples were collected from subjects. The serum vitamin A, blood total ascorbic acid and glutathione reductase activition coefficient(AC) in red blood cell were determinde by using of trifluoroacetic acid colorimetry, 2,4-dinitrophenylhydrazine colorimetric method and Sauberlich method respectively; The contents of vitamin B2 , reduction ascorbic acid and total ascorbic acid in 4h burden urine were measured by using of fluorescent pectrophotometry,2,6-Dichloro-N-(4-hydroxyphenyl)-1,4-benzoquinoneimine titrimetric method and 2,4-dinitrophenylhydrazine colorimetric method respectively. The results were analyzed and compared with those of in 1980, 1983 and 1984.The t-test or c2-test was carried out. Results The level of serum retinal in residents living in Ren cun,Dongyao and Hejian is significantly higher than that of in 1982(P <0.01);The level of vitamin B2 in 4h burden urine in residents living in Yao cun, Ren cun and Heshun are significantly higher than that of in 1982 or 1984(P <0.01);the number of ribflavin deficincy of population living in Dongyao, Hejian,Yao cun and Ren cun are significantly lower than that of in 1982 or 1983(P <0.01)according to the content of 4h burden urine and glutathione reductase activition coefficient(AC) in red blood cell; the number of vitamin C deficincy of population living in Dongyao, Hejian,Yao cun ,Ren cun and Heshun are significantly lower than that of in 1982 or 1983(P <0.01)according to blood total ascorbic acid and the ascorbic acid content of 4h-burden urine and. Conclusion vitamin nutritional status of residents in a high-risk area of esophageal cancer have been improved.
